What is a Team Analysis?
To do a Team Analysis, all team members first complete the Talent Passport questionnaire.
A Team Analysis really gives you a wealth of information.
- Each team member gets to know their individual talents.
- Each team member gets to know their position in relation to the other team members.
- The team gets to know the talents of the team as a whole.
- The team discovers which talents are not present in the team.
These insights help to:
- enhance mutual understanding and respect towards each other
- better understand and get a grip on team dynamics
- clarify the strengths and weaknesses of the team in relation to the team objectives
A talent Team Analysis is also very useful when putting together a new team or when recruiting a new team member.
You can also choose to do an anonymous Team Analysis. This creates a safe environment for all team members whilst maintaining the same clarity in the team insights.
